I have long been inspired by food: learning various preparations, the discovery of new ingredients, the magic of bringing people together around a table and the shared enjoyment that comes with it. I took classes at The French Culinary Institute in NYC (now the International Culinary Institute) and was fortunate to have been able to do a stage at Daniel. My current inspiration is eating clean(er) and I will chronicle my kitchen stories here. Enjoy!
